Censorship

Since our country has lost there marbles completely, and no-one believes that anything should be censored at any time, I believe that the censors should be censored. We have radio stations that try to get as close to swearing as possible without crossing the line. We have dirty talk all day, everyday during the hours that children are able to watch television. Judges have decided that it is wrong to censor what children can buy, and our society has been flushed down the toilet and is now sitting in a defunct sewage treatment plant tghat is overflowing.
First of all, if the parents aren’t going to be held responsible for their children, then the courts are responsible. If the courts aren’t going to be held responsible, then is the government that should be held responsible. Since nobody is held responsible, children can do anything that they want.
Since the courts have decided that children can purchase any video games that they choose, we need to allow them to buy any movie or rap cd’s that they want. If they can do that, then they can go to the dirty book stores and strip joints if they want to. If freedom of speech is the argument, then children should be allow to go to houses of ill repute. Further, if children are allowed to do all of that in the name of freedom of speech, then adults should be allowed to do anything that they want,, including robbing and killing people in the name of freedom of speech.
We have gone so far off the deep end, that I’m not sure if we can recover. It’s our responsibility as adults to teach children the difference from right and wrong, not to give them everything that they want just because we want them to have more than we had. If we want to give them more, we need to give them better values, a work ethic, logic, common sense, and the ability to care about other people. These things are more important than giving a child the latest smart phone or the fanciest computer and big screen tv for their bedroom. Things will only get them so far in life, but a strong morality will take them through the rest of their lives. Let’s stop giving them the right to fail, to be mean, and greedy. The Federal Politicians are the prime example of greed, and look at how far our country has failed over the last twenty years. We are losing the few friends that our country had left, and the scruples that our founding fathers built this country on.
Lets stop the greed for ‘everything that I want’ and start thinking about ‘everything that our country needs’. Wants are your problem, needs are all of our problems.

A motivating discussion is definitely worth comment. I believe that you need to publish more on this subject matter, it may not be a taboo matter but generally people don’t talk about these subjects. To the next! Cheers!!
